I'm out of quizzes... for now

So, for the past week, we at work have been preparing a huge order for Jamaica. The order was for over 25,000 cakes of varying sizes and flavors. It wasn't even the largest order we've ever done (during my tenure) but we received the order last Thursday and it had to be done for today. This led for a busy/hectic week. Today, with the truck scheduled to arrive at noon, I went out back and began preparing the pallets of product (because as some of you know, the production manager was fired a month ago... and we don't have anyone else besides the owner who could do it... I'm talented). We have a huge holding freezer that is set to about -20F and is generally between -15F and -18F (about -26C) when we're working in there. Due to the cold, we don't have people in there for more that 15 minutes at a time. Between 10:30 and 1:00, I spent this time in the freezer (with sporadic periods of being out of it). When all was said and done, I was frozen, but it got out without incident. However, I don't recommend being in the freezer for a couple of hours. When I stopped, my energy was just sapped out of me. I spent the next hour just plugging away at whatever was right in front of me.

Whee... cheesecake. :P
