Monday i ran/jogged/walked my mile at 17:38 (yes i know that's wayyyy slow...but its been since 8th grade!!) Then i was sick for 2 days and got back on the treadmill and tonight i did it at 17:10! that's still pretty good right? When i can get it down to 10 mins...so in a month...ill add another mile...good right right i thought so!
