back at it.
It's hard coming back to work after my 3 day weekend. I got a lot done, but I didn't really spend a lot of time with the patients. oh well.
I got really embarrassed just minutes ago when I was talking with that one patient with the good looking son. I was talking about me paying her son back for the drinks he bought the patients on one of our outings, but apparently all she heard was "drinks" and assumed I was talking about wanting him to call me. I quickly corrected her assumption and scurried out of the room, but not until a couple CNAs came to poke fun at me on a different, but related topic. Now normally things like this just roll off my back and I joke right back, but for some reason I felt ridiculous and I'm happy to be back in my office all alone. Whatever.
Well, for Christmas I got some pretty diamond earrings, Juicy perfume, and pear glace body wash. In my stocking was pink flamingos, a golden snitch and some mint chocolate sticks to stir in my cocoa. You know, stocking stuffers are the best part of Christmas presents, but it's not as much fun when you buy your own. It was still fun though.
One of my co-workers made a whole bunch of assorted chocolates. Most of them are hiding in my office, since nobody else wanted them. I love assorted chocolates.
And now I suppose I'll sign off and go home.
