She is really nice. She is really nice. What bothers me is her lack of confidence. The way she puts the power into MY hands. I've always wanted a level playing field, and she makes it uneven. She puts it onto herself. I can only help her feel good about herself to a certain point. With a group of people she settles into the background. With me, she is a bit more assertive. But its not enough. I've done my best to approach on the same level, but she puts herself down. Not only is it unattractive, but frustrating at times. I want out.
