Prior to this I was listening to Conventional Weapons and the two FOB singles a lot, and torturing myself looking at MyChem's signing annoucnement/ the AP article on the original MCR4 album, but this graphic basically sums up...well, everything, really. &band;
Hand in hand with all this bandom stuff is my...disconnect I guess, from SPN fandom. I follow excellent people on tumblr who have good opinions and reblog the good meta, but wow dumb magazine polls are not the end of the world guys, and the making D/C into some kind of gay rights crusade has got to stop. The show owes you nothing. The show has not been ~subtley setting the pairing up to go canon. You have just been whipping each other into a frenzy and now you're frothing at the mouth because it's, you know, not actually real, and it is, frankly, embarrassing. This has been a PSA. I mean don't get me wrong, I still love the show bunches, but. Hopefully I can wrap myself up in bandom for a bit and come back refreshed, especially as there's only...four eps left of this season and then the summer hiatus and Teen Wolf and other palate cleansers.
