hey! tallahassee rules, you should definitley move up. i work at the diner on campus--probably not your first choice but if you can't find anything else i would recommend it. it's run by really awesome kids and i make mad dough. you won't have trouble at all finding a house in that price range, especially in the jackson bluff neighborhood. anyway give me a call when you're up here if you want 321.388.5247
