there was hope in me
I have been taking myself on so many adventures lately,
and I love it.
I just love it so much,
and i keep telling the stories over and over and over.
hehe
Tuesday was one of the happiest days I've had.
First I was driving to school and I had a coke slurpee, and i havent had one of those in SO long. Every Friday when I was in middle school and my sister was in elementary school my dad would take us to 7-11 to get slurpees and chips.
and it just brought all that back with every sip,
and then I was driving down 35 to school and on the radio a man came on and was like "have you told your listeners about the Monarch butterflies migrating?" and the lady was like "whhhhat??" hehe and he goes "im driving down 35 towards Denton (where i was) and there are swarms of butterlifes" and oh my goodness I looked up and there were butterflies everywhere. It was so wonderful and beutiful. and I watched them all the way to school and then i sat in the parking lot for 20 min watching butterflies and reading Vogue and drinking my slurpee. it was so amazing.
Then after school I went to Joey's house with Audra,
and they were playing drums in guitar in the garage so i took Joey's little bros bike out and i rode all around the neighborhood and then Audra rode bikes with me too.
Then Christina got there and i knew shed wanna ride since that is ALL we used to do when we were little was ride bikes. And we rode everywhere. For like half an hour. Then we rode bikes all the way up to the gas station to buy ciggs. This is the convo with the guy:
"I need a pack of Camel Turkish GOlds"
"Okay"
so he gets them and is ringing them up
"you know whats funny?"
"what?"
"I rode my bike up here, when I have a car"
and he smiled really big and was like:
"thats really good exercise that is really amazing that you did that,
now all you have to do is stop smoking"
and i go,,
"i know, i really need to quit, i want to"
"you are such a young beutiful girl, you need to quit now before it gets to be too late"
"i know i will"
"WHen you do quit come in here and tell me, just come in and tell me"
"okay i will, i promise"
"you really will?? thats great"
and then i went out side and Christina and i rode bikes back to Joey's house. it was just so much fun. I loved it so much.
Then I took Joey's little brother and sister on an adventure.
I drove them to my house so they could see it and then i let them see my room and play with Whisper. and then I took them to Sonic, and bought them drinks.
they were so so so cute. and they both talked a mile a minute and i had to listen to both of them at the same time and be able to respond.
ahh i loved it.
