[The video flickers on, this time without much static, as Cas was finally beginning to figure this thing out.
He pushed out a short sigh, and a barely noticed frown.]
I require assistance. Someone who can provide me with more information on these...chips.
[[A beat.] And one experienced with a scalpel. Preferably a doctor...
[A nod, as if to

Not exactly. [Tilting his head, wondering how that ...canned food could possibly be any good.]
Most respond with more questions. Which is...puzzling. [And his expression said as much.]
And you? Anything worth noting?

There are not enough hot chicks here that are of age. [What, that was totally important.]
There's a church. [That's notable right?]
I've mostly been scoping out the city looking for any monsters these people keep warning me about. Ran into a few things but nothing too alarming. Weird, sure, but... [shrug, shoving a sporkful of peaches in his mouth and chewing.] Noshing we cauhnt handle.

...Your priorities have always failed to make sense to me, Dean. [A head tilt.]
What good would a church do for us here? [A small frown.]
[Then a nod, watching Dean stuff the peaches into his mouth. Cas concluded that he was actually glad he didn't feel the need to eat.] Yes. It's a comfort to have my blade....But. This limitation is not like the others i've faced.

[Shrug] Oh. It wouldn't do us any good. But I was more interested in the fact it was here at all. This isn't earth but it looks like your typical church. [Curious is what it was. Maybe it was a clue?]
All we have to do is keep you away from drugs and I think you'll do just fine. [ Post-apocalyptic town + drugs = future!cas, so he'll make sure that doesn't happen.]

...It might have been established by those who were brought here, earlier on? [A pause, brows furrowing.] It might be the chip, but I don't hear anything. No whispers; I don't even feel any sort of presence. [Referring to angels, of course. He couldn't hear them even back home, when he was cut off, but their presence, sometimes could be felt.] Or does it look as old as every other building here?
[Casting a look at their surroundings with an unreadable glance, before turning his attention back to Dean.] ...Why would I take drugs? [He is oblivious...]
Reply
[Pause.] You wouldn't. See. No problem then. [Dodging~ Though he will have to keep an eye out for America...]

Some said that when the chip is out, powers can go a bit...unstable. I doubt mine would be an exception. [Another beat.] It would be...heavily advised to confine me to some space when the time comes.
[And back to looking a bit puzzled. He can tell Dean's evading, but he won't press the matter.]

[Furrowing his brow a bit.] ... a bit unstable? What's that mean?

[A longer pause.] But...from another's story, it can get very...ugh..."fire in the sky sort of deal". [He was quoting, not too sure he was using the phrasing correctly.]
Dean. An angel's power is capable of leveling a small city. [His gaze was stern.] It would be best if I was...contained.

[He's scratching the back of his head and staring at the floor a bit in thought. He muses idly...] Guess we just gotto find a place somewhere away from the city.

[A nod.] Getting access to my...'mojo' would be beneficial. [A beat, as he sighs, looking down at his hands.] I don't like this. It feels too strange. [He was, of course, referring to his lack of powers. He was like a baby without them, technically. Sure, he could still have his blade, but...he was just completely not used to this.

[Pause, smirk. Okay he has to pick on you while he can. So have a mocking tone.]
Aww, what's the matter Cas? Can't hack it being human?
Reply
[So you get a puppy dog-eyed face.]
...It's just...more difficult than I thought.

It's okay Cassie, we'll make it all better. [Snerk. You're allowed to punch him Cas.]

This isn't funny Dean. [ He gives you a look, one very close to resembling a heartfelt glare. He won't hit him, yet, but he'll savior the moment his powers return to him.
Pauuse.] ..... You can't make it better.
