(no subject)
I don't think I'll ever admit this to my parents, but SJA really prepared me for college. For me, college isn't hard (right now) and I'm doing really well. There are just a bit more papers than SJA. I'm sure it will get harder but right now I'm not really stressed. I'm happy. Oh yes, the president of the college (the highest person possible) knows me by NAME and FACE now. It took less than a month. I'm not sure if I should be impressed or not...
I went home this past weekend. I spent some time at LSU for the Brooks and Dunn concert and hung out for the game. I went out to eat with friends and parents. Time flew too fast but while I was there, it was fun. I'll be back for fall break in about a month. Yay!
Oh yeah, the weather is perfect here. You could wear jeans or shorts with a long sleeve shirt and it feels great. And it's sunny!
My birthday is next Friday. My parents are coming up to celebrate. I don't know if I'm gonna do anything with my new friends. I hope so because apparently there are some fun things to do in Jackson. Jackson is a lot like Baton Rouge but on a smaller scale. It kinda feels like home.
