Colin Firth as Mr. Darcy in the BBC version of "Pride and Prejudice." I could just stop there, I know. I'm thinking of the scene in Darcy's music room when he's watching Elizabeth turn the pages for his sister after the idiot Bingly sister mentions Wickham and he's ready to punch someone in the throat but sits back down when Elizabeth jumps up and there's such love and admiration and trust in his look. Sigh.
