So, yeah, it's about time to update this.

This time: A look at Eiji's most frustrating day - and the beginning of a change no one who knows him likes much at all (except for one, and he's... the reason).

And, Atobe. Again. He sneaks up in your fics, doesn't he?

Atobe is ALWAYS there. I don't get it.

The phone call wasn't really that important (or at least the content of it wasn't).

The only reason the phone call sticks out in my head is that Fuji made Eiji promise to call him. And yet, Papa Kikumaru just forbade his son from having any contact with his Seigaku friends. So, what's gonna happen when Fuji gets no call from Eiji? Or is Eiji going to defy Papa Kikumaru and call his friend anyway?

You know, I'm not sure Eiji realizes it, but it looks like he's holding all the right cards right now. Papa Kikumaru wants Eiji because of his connection with Atobe. So, if Papa Kikumaru pushes Eiji too far, couldn't Eiji just refuse to have any contact with Atobe? Although, Papa Kikumaru is supporting the rest of the Kikumaru clan...

Also, Papa Kikumaru, uh, don't like you. You're a horrible father.

Why does my brain work at 1 am and not at, like, 8-9 pm?

Definitely did not see the last few bits before. So, Eiji does call Fuji. Somehow I missed that and the belt beating.

Wow. Papa Kikumaru, watch out. Please, walk down this nice, dark alley. No, there's no assassin tensai's waiting in the building that's at just the perfect angle to take you down. I promise :D .

Sorry about the cliffhangers - it must be from the Hardy Boys books I devoured when I was younger.
