Summary: He wants to know when it all happened.
Writer's note: it sort of… appeared in my head while wrestling with how to get Yesung free. No, I have NO idea why, as they aren't related at all.
LeeTeuk kept a calendar by his bed, one of those birthday calendars that didn't have a year on it, just months and days.
On it, he kept track of everything: awards, songs, concerts, and performances. Each thing labeled in his best handwriting, with a year next to it. Only a few marked negative occurrences.
He marked the date of the accident, for instance, and HeeChul's, and everyone's recovery dates. Those had cheered him up, when he could put those in. Some dates were for beginnings - each new album, new promotions - and some for endings - Yesung's Miracle for You - but he felt he needed those, to remind him of everything. Dramas, movies, everything any of them did - though not so much the variety shows - went on that calendar.
And then came the stupid hit-and-run accident, and Kangin's hiatus - LeeTeuk wanted to kill him for that. And that just started everything. DBSK disbanded, and then Hankyung wanted out….
He looked forward, more and more, to when he could mark down Kangin's return, so they would be more whole. He hoped something would happen and Hankyung would come back. It was all that kept him from going crazy.
And then Kangin decided to go into the military, and there seemed no end of the situation with Hankyung…..
LeeTeuk decided, one day, that maybe keeping the calendar only counted down the days to the end of this life, and stopped recording everything.
