It was good to see you at the reunion. I half expected to find myself the only one there, although I'm not sure why. Perhaps because most people responded with no enthusiasm.
You have changed. Even though we only exchanged a few words, I could tell a difference in you. I found myself sorry we did not get to speak longer, so I hope you can forgive this... impertinence of a letter.
I admit I listened in on your conversation with Oshitari; you both sound very happy with the direction your life has gone. I didn't hear what you are studying, though; would you please enlighten me?
My schooling is... at a halt, at the moment, as my father thinks I need real world experience. He does not think I can handle classes and work, but at least he has not tried to convince me that I cannot play tennis any more. Do you still play?
