Abilities:
This is sort of a difficult one, since it's occasionally hard to say what powers are Hatter and what powers come from getting to command armies of demons.
Hatter is definitely capable of some violence, and can jump from shadow to shadow. With a kiss, Hatter can put a mark on a person which gives hir various and sundry powers over that person, which seems to involve shoving a demon in them.
Various spells, including changing appearance, changing others' appearance, and healing, ironically enough.
Hir feathers can bring out negative emotions, as well as being useful for other spells.
When it comes down to it, Belial is a badass demon.

As said above, badass demon. The spiritually/magically/psychically sensitive will probably ping on that. One of the seven Satans. "Pride?"
