Damaged? The paint job's done for, and the tires aren't looking very good. Can't say anything about the rest if I still can't find some sort of fuel around here.

...there's this shady guy who keeps acting like he might've done it, but he says he doesn't even know. Otherwise, no clue.

It could just be his personality, or he could have done it and is attempting to confuse you.

The easiest way to figure out if he did it or not is to make him say something only the culprit would know.

It would be something only the culprit and you would know. If you make him say something about the car you haven't told anyone, then you know he had to have something to do with it.

You haven't seen them around the city?

There's not really anything about the car that I would keep a secret...I think.
