my doc said the same with heels for me... the way my arches are causes hell with my hamstring which in turn messes with my hip that can turn the spine if not careful and that leads to back/shoulder cramps... all from a damn shoe!!! so no flats - i am supposed to leave my shoes on for as long as possible when i get home... yeah right!!!

the only black trees i have seen are the NBC ones.... i want a black tree *pouts* but knowing my cats they will sleep in that one like they do the one i have already.. *sighs* goofy animals.....

Yep, dragged Jon round Innaloo and found a tiny tinsel one in red dot, but then a 6 foot one in Target :0

Dear god, have you seen the colours you can get now?!!
They've got hot pink, lime green and lilac coloured trees!
(I'm thinking the hot pink one could be cool if you painted the alternative sets of branches black, pink and black striped goth tree??)
