(no subject)
christmas 2004.
saw my new nephew for the first time.. he's less than 10 days old. he's like a 7pound little peanut. totally adorable.
got a microwave from my stepdad (as per my request) and a set of pots&pans from my sister (again, as per my request). rockin stuff. tomorrow my sister and her boyfriend are being super awesome and helping me move more of my stuff down to the apartment; namely my bed, dresser, tv, and assorted items. i am unbelievably excited to have my bed in the apt FINALLY.
i was clearing up some stuff and packing it into boxes when i came across more $ that i'd somehow stuffed accidentally into a bag of papers. happy christmas luck. this works out well seeing as how i've got another glorious round of inkin scheduled with kattan on tuesday night. the new work will entail:
1. coloring the chinagirl in, and starting in on outlining the upper arm
2. inkin my inside lower lip.
3. maybe starting a new piece on my left arm.
i gotta get my chestpiece drawing done too, but that'll be easy thanks to me bringing all my art supplies with me back to newark.
another awesome thing that happened this weekend?? i complained enough to DELL and they called me yesterday to tell me they want to fix my entire laptop and replace the board FOR FREE even though my warranty is expired. they're sending me a prepaid shipping box and doing it all at no cost to me, even the part!! fuckin a. goes to show,,, you raise enough hell, they fix your shit.
beyond_negative's birthday fiesta was funfilled, simply because jen fuckin ownz. and not to take away from jen's birthday, for mine (earlier this month), JEN GOT ME A FUCKIN MISTER MACKEY WATCH from south park. it says MKAY on it and it totally rules my wrist.
