for those of you that do not know. Joe Buck is a sports announcer for Fox Sports. He does all the big games including baseball and football.
He has a fantastic voice. His father has a fantastic voice. he was born to announce. there was a commercial a few years ago of sports fans touching his throat to try and grab his "magic."
unfortunately, Joe Buck does not express emotion on plays. This leads to many people hating the way he calls the game. I, for one, love his nuetrality. His lack of emotion is what an announcer should be doing. giving a play by play call is his job, not giving his preference. if he did that, he would be rooting for the cardinals all summer while sitting under troy aikman's desk during football games.
Joe Buck had the pleasure of announcing the two best plays that I have ever seen in my life.
I believe he did a good job. Sure, I went nuts during these plays, but Buck remained calm.
God bless Endy Chavez, Eli Manning, and David Tyree.
