[While the earthquake itself didn't much reach the lake, the loss of the power did. As a result, anyone passing by the lake in the early hours of the morning will be treated to the sight of a gentle rainstorm over the lake. Consider it Tia's version of reveling in the power that's been returned to her.
Some time later in the day, she comes drifting into the town itself. Perhaps she's looking to see the disaster that's been wrought on the shifting of the earth, or perhaps she's looking for the people she knows, but regardless she's there nonetheless. And looking a good deal more herself than she has during the majority of her stay, although exactly what's different about her is... hard to pin down.
