A taste of paradise
Gosh, it has been quite a while since I wrote here. Work got the better of me! Anyway, finally got the chance to bring the fiance down to Taste Paradise for dinner, my treat no less because of my new job. I was surprised that the manager still remembers me, to top it off, he gave us free desserts on the house and a 10% discount!!
The fiance loves their XO fried carrot cake (Which I have been raving about to him) and their cod fish! Absolutely delish! Oh well, we are going there again this Sunday for his father's birthday luncheon. Made the reservation and got the manager to customize the menu for me. The food is totally going to rock their socks and I still remember the other time, his sister insisted on Majestic Restaurant over Taste Paradise, and the end result was an obscenely expensive dinner,(reads: SGD800+ for 6 persons) and it wasn't even filling! Barf!!
