Poll The Ugly Truth
I did answer honestly in the poll, but just to stir up some trouble with you purists:
I much prefer the movie version of The Count of Monte Cristo (the Jim Caveziel version). I hate that in the original Edmond doesn't end up back with Mercedes and that Aubert isn't Edmond's son. I really prefer these kinds of factors in my vengeance/tragedy stories. Also: I love a bromance, no matter how dysfunctional and gross, and the movie version gives me that. There, I said it. I'm sorry Alexander Dumas!
