guh. i just threw up 3 times and i don't feel any better. my stomache is in knots and my throat is stinging and i do not understand why or how some people do that voluntarily. it's beyond me. it's 5:38 in the aaammm and i have yet to get any sleep. blarg. i'll go crazy soon, i promise you.
