i actually thought the shining was really boring, like unbearably hard to get through. the only thing that kept me watching was how amazing shelley duvall's outfits were. it's all so 70's and corduroy and wooly. i need a brown cord overall dress stat! i just love how she's unconventional and gorgeous and always looks laid back and great. anyway here's some screencaps as well as some random photos. i love me some shelley!:
