apparently (to answer my own worries) vintage dresses and weird accessories are universally cute. i wore 80's doorknocker earrings, a nameplate necklace, a late 60's blue faux calico print mini-dress with a ruffled collar and super high black patent leather mary janes (yay for finally hanging out with a girl who's WAY taller than me) on my dinner outing with h.c. and she was all about it. whew. i was worried my style choices would freak her out since she'd only really ever seen me in work gear (skinny jeans, ballet flats, puff sleeved american apparel tee shirts, huge hoop earrings).

this makes me happy. happy. happy.

i'm getting my nails airbrushed tomorrow. FUN!
