Thanksgiving Weekend: Success
So, let's see... I've cooked a lot this weekend (pies, veggies, Indian food), I watched a lot of MST3K with my family and Rich & Jen & Mike & Mel, saw the Potters, saw a whole lot of Nona's side of the family, spoke with mine, sorta-successfully slept in a bit (okay, not really), and... enjoyed myself.
That last one surprised me a bit. When you're going over the mental checklists for all these types of things you never have "enjoy it!" as one of the items. At least I don't. But I'm glad that I did enjoy this weekend rather thoroughly.
So why's Monday/work gotta come by and ruin it? Oh well... I'll just be thankful for the job and get on with it.
