Day one of just trying to keep the basic numbers here
Cal aprox 1500 (spark people is down, the rest is figured out using calorie king)
workout 550 (according to the elyptical machine)
BMR 1730.4 (really, man that's low)
Day end -730 cal
If I kept this up I would loose a pound and a half a week (is that math right)doing it 7 days a week or 1 lb doing it 5 days.
I think I can do much better tomorrow!
