I've been reading a lot about and by Gloria Steinem today. The name seemed familiar to me when I read
her recent opinion article that a friend of mine pointed me towards, and I thought the article was so intriguing that I went and looked her up on Wikipedia.
Other than the fact that her entire life's work thus far seems to be just what I want and believe, I found this quote very thought provoking:
"I realized that in depression, nothing matters. And in sadness, everything matters."
