As expected, the democrats have LOST the special election tonight to fill Ted Kennedy's senate seat. They lost a brain dead, homophobic, racist, misogynist tea bagger. how did they lose? Easy. They picked an inept, spineless, useless, joke of a candidate, who didn't actually start campaigning until TWO FUCKING WEEKS AGO, despite being the nominee

You wanna know when we'll get proper health care reform? When the health care system in this country has completely collapsed. When half of a persons pay check go to health care plans. When premiums can no longer be afforded. When instead of thousands, its millions who die becuase of lack of health insurance. When companies have to fire workers becuase they risk bankrupcy due to health care costs. When the number of families who lose thier life savings trying to pay off medical bills reaches an alarming rate. When that happens, THEN we'll see proper health care reform and not a moment before. That's the American fucking way. Don't fix it until it's broken.

Both parties are now equally worthless. What makes ME laugh is all the idiots who actually think giving control back to the republicans is going to help ANYTHING! It won't. The republicans are still in the Bush/Rove/Cheney mentality. That means they don't want to actually do anything they campaign on. They just like the feeling of being drunk on power. So after this new wave of republicanism FAILS, then what? Give it right back to democrats? Oh boy that'll be a fucking gas. The main difference between the two parties now is this: democrats have ideas, republicans dont. Democrats have ideas, they just cant implement them becuase along will come Senator Joe Cocksucker Lieberman and derail whatever it is they are trying to do, and the rest of the party will imediately give up trying and crawl into a foetal position. The republicans simply have NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING. No idea's no solutions, they do not have a SINGLE fucking thing.

Basically, the entire system is broken and beyond repair. There won't be a proper health care bill or ANY bill AT ALL even after the recession becuase the system is simply no longer capable of handling this nations very real problems anymore. One party is too incompetent to do anything, the other party just doesn't want to do anything.

It's getting close to the day where I will simply wash my hands of this country, let it collapse, and just say see you all in hell.
