Zucchini Bolognese. I doubled everything except onion. I don't know if I've mentioned this, but
Butcher Box (referral link) doesn't have Italian sausage, so I had to make my own
Italian sausage spice mix, which I add to the cooking pot along with the magic mushroom powder. I didn't remember if the Italian sausage spice mix had salt in it, but I used 2 teaspoons of mushroom powder and about a tablespoon of Italian sausage spice mix. I looked up the sausage spice mix later found that it did have salt, so I was worried it would be too salty, but it actually needed more salt, so it was fine. Next time, I'll add more mushroom powder and I'll make my Italian sausage spice mix without salt.
