chicken karaage with Caesar salad
Tonight we fried up some chicken karaage and had it with romaine lettuce and this Caesar salad dressing. This was really tasty! I didn't follow the measurements on the dressing that closely. We used 2 romaine heads for the dressing recipe and that was plenty. I also grated some leftover parmeggiano reggiano cheese on the salad. I'm looking forward to dinner tomorrow!
