fried chicken and biscuits
Chicken and biscuits for breakfast today. The biscuits are from this biscuit recipe, but I used einkorn flour. It doesn't have as much gluten as the flour we're used to using, so they didn't rise like they were supposed to. The flavor was good though. I had them with butter and honey and ate the chicken with hot sauce.
