breville fast slow pro
We caved and bought the Breville Fast Slow Pro. I chose this one for a variety of reasons and despite the fact that most of the recipe available are for the Instant Pot. All it means is that learning to use the cooker will take a little trial and error. For this tasty and simple kalua pork by nom nom paleo, the only difference was that I used the BONE-IN MEAT setting and adjusted the timer to 90 minutes. I've made the slow cooker version of the recipe, and this version was delicious at a fraction of the time.
