peanut butter cup cookies
I baked these using my favorite peanut butter cookie recipe for my friend's birthday on Tuesday. I'll probably bring them to her tomorrow, though, so they are fresh. I baked them in a mini muffin tin; just one batch of these special cups for her and then regular peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies for everyone else. I'll be giving a few to my new neighbors too, so we can maybe make friends with them.
