I stilled have to let the stuffed siopao rise, so I'm not done yet. I started just before 9 this morning, assuming it would be an all day affair. According to my calculations, it'll be about 4:30p before I'm completely finished, so I was right. I'm pretty excited since my yield increased 4 siopao from last time.
