"Ruby ruby ruby RUBY" by theKaiser Chiefs reminds me that I haven't been infatuated in a while. Now that Pentad is upon us, I suppose some English Filth would be appropriate. Pentad is Le Reason to do English in Bristol, apart from Bristol, and the love of English. It's a five week 'rest' after the last deadlines of term, in which English students become the envy of the other students for being totally free when everyone else is proper stressed. And I daresay some've you are hating on me now, too. Well, fuck you.
Especially since I JUST discovered Movie Links via TV links.. Mmm. Apocalypse Now! I have been meaning to watch that for a couple of yrs now. So it's scheduled for.. er.. my lie-in, tmrw.
That's it, you just sit there in front of these gloating words. When you see me, you have my permission to poke your finger in my eye.

To do, so far:
Drink cider in a real old man's pub like true Bristolians.
Drink cocktails in a swanky bar.
Sunbathe on the physics greenand make geeks gawp.
Eat ice cream.
Make alcoholic ice lollies like we said we would.
Go and find a playground with swings and a slide and pretend we're five.
Fish and chips wrapped in newspaper and paddling.
Boat trip on the river
Go to the camera obscura.
Go to a rave - Tribal Frog, a.s.o.s (as seen on Skins)
Go to the cider boat which no one leaves sober
Hopscotch in St Nicholas's Market
Cabot tower in giant floppy 70s disco diva sunhats.
Mango beer and sunset in Zero Degrees.
Drunk on Exhibition and lying out on the lawn by the suspension bridge giggling.
Daisy honeysuckle clover chains.
Pizza Provencale.
Go to the lido. (Ghislaine's idea, I didn't even know there was one.)
Open air theatre trip - Scott's in the Canterbury Tales in the park, aces
Going to a random house party where we don't know anyone and falling asleep under a pile of coats.
Making our own cocktails.
Random dressing up days.
