High School is over...
Tomorrow is my last day of highschool, I don't even know what to think. I don't know how to take tomorrow at all, I think it's kind of stupid that we have tests the last day in some classes, most seniors just wanna chill out and like talk to people and their teachers, that would be nice, but unfortunately i have part two of my economics, sociology, and pre calc final.
In the past four years I've learned so much, and I won't forget it ever. These really were the best years of our lives. Next year is going to be really weird, not seeing your friends every day, I'm not going to like it. I don't care about seeing the people I don't like but all my close friends and even all my friends that aren't so close, it's going to be weird and I'm going to miss it.
Greg Bouton had it right, i'll paraphase what he said last year..."all the day by day shit goes so slow and you hate every minute of it but once it's over, you're going to miss it like hell, so cherish every moment." Something like that...he deffinately hit the nail on the head with that one. It hasn't hit me yet that next year I won't be going back to north rockland highschool, I'll be going to RCC. Even though a lot of people from NRHS are going there next year, it won't be the same. None of my close friends are going there except for two of them.
Next year I feel like I'm going to have a lot of free time on my hands so I'm most likely going to join a gym of some sort 'cause I miss working out, I'm going to look into joining a mens hockey league 'cause I miss playing ice hockey so much, and I really want to take guitar lessons next year at rockland music, I wanna learn like everything I possibly can about playing guitar, I just want to be so much better than I am right now.
I really don't know what to make of tomorrow, I really wanna go around the school to all the teachers I liked and just like thank them for being awesome, I don't know, I feel like that would be the right thing to do.
I'm going to miss highschool so much and all the people that came with it.
This summer should be a fun and interesting one.
