. . . OMG, I met a real live Guru from India today. It was soooo awesome. He was filled with so much wisdom that I could never even hope to ascertain. For 12 years of his life all he did was walk, never having a permanent home, and for another 25 years all he consumed was milk. Also, it’s amazing how much of our cultures happiness is based on possessions. He is such a happy and content dude, and everything he possesses he can hold in his arms. While the teacher was explaining the severity of poorness in the Guru's village in India, the Guru interrupted him and said, "We don't feel poor, we are not poor in spirit." It really makes you think doesn't it. . .
