blahh. my throat hurts really badly. chris says i have an ifection and he has commanded that i gargle with salty water 4x per day and its DISGUSTING!!!! he says its prolly something i caught in the pool which he says is all kinds of nasty right now. course he said that AFTER we got out from practice. bastard. he gave us butterfly sprints today for the second day strait.
i cut my hair again.
