2. At one point archaeologists in Australia had found fossils of a very large duckbilled bird they called the demon duck of doom. i saw this photo shortly afterwards, and had to make it. It's used primarily for silly things.
3. I asked someone for a Slings and Arrows icon, and this was the result. The name escapes me atm, but I'm sure it's in my keywords.
4. sgtsiler made this for me as a knitting icon that also nicely parodies Monthy Python. :)
5. This is from Get Fuzzy. There was a recent series taht had a character called Shakespug who went around speaking Elizabeathan. I just love the insult and humour in this quote.
6. I found this image on the 'net and made it an icon for my talks about beer and wine. I love good wine, and no one should have to suffer through the bad stuff for any reason. ;)
7. chootoy made this for me this week as an icon to use for the England portion of my vacation. Very British, very Victorian, and it reminds me of the illustrations in my Girl's Own Annual books at home.
Hee! I knew you'd say something like that for the first icon. But, really, what would it be if I didn't bring up RDA in some form or another in asking about your icons. I love your wine icon -- very wise and appropriate!
I love the "Life is too short," icon. My dad has a t-shirt with a painting of two bottles of wine and that saying on it. I love that quote and try to follow it in my own life.
