I thought that the answer will be pretty easy. But I was wrong :)
My first thought was that it should be Daphne. But then I remembered one more character that I really like.
My favorite minor character is: Carl Horvath :)

I love his little chat with Emmett in Debbie's kitchen.
I love him for his attempts to propose to Debbie:)
He was so cute standing next to the bus and shouting to her: "Will you marry me?" :)
I like that they put a character who was slightly homophobic at first, but after some time he became so supportive.
