Jones Beach Ampitheater and I are in a fight. It's a pretty big one.
So as tradition my mom and I went down to Jones Beach to get tickets for the concerts we are going to this summer. So we go down there at like 7.30 cuz tickets went onsale to the public at 9.
We go down there cuz you save like 6 bucks on each ticket and in the long run your saving a lot.
I had to get Counting Crows and Goo Goo Dolls tickets for my mom and I and the OAR Jacks Mannequin tickets for me Ilana Bennett and his GF. No problem at all right?
wrong.
The night before they had this thing where if you went there you got a bracelet that got you ahead of the not bracelet people line.
I didn't get a bracelet because they didn't announce it anywhere that people would know about it.
So 9 comes and our line doesn't move at all. But that bracelet line just keeps getting longer and longer. By 10.15 a whole hour and fifteen minutes after tickets were released o the world of ticketmaster and the internet and phone lies we got our tickets.
I was about to kill someone. Getting OAR tickets wasn't going to be a problem it wouldn't sell out first day. I was concerned about my CC&GGD tickets. If I didn't get those I was going to kill someone. And if you don't believe me ask Allie or my mom. I was irate. After waiting on yet another line I got my tickets for both shows.
Now I just need to get tickets for the second CC&GGD show but that won't be a problem because I will be getting them from the comfort of my own home.
