Thankful
Before I go to bed tonight I really want to leave a comment here to express my gratitude. Tomorrow is officially Thanksgiving but I'm thankful right now, so I'll share just one little highlight of the many, many, maaaany things for which I'm grateful. First of all I have a 5 day weekend! Yuppeeeeee! I am planning on catching up on some cleaning around the house here and organizing and stuff like that, but I'm also taking one day to just rest. Lord willing Fri. I'll just sleep in, read, pray and watch movies. It's going to be very,very nice. :o)
Today my mom and I had the opportunity to go to L.A. Not too long ago I bought the book GROW HAIR FAST 7 steps to a New Head of Hair in 90 days. Well, I really learned a lot of things and when I realized that the author lived relatively close by I didn't hesitate to make an appointment to see her, and today I met her. She is a beautiful, very knowledgeable lady who knows her stuff. I highly, Highly, HIGHLY recommend her book. I'm really looking forward to following all her advice and getting my hair back in shape. LOVELY!
My mom and I also visited the only family we have in the States and we had a nice time of fellowship. My aunt Lupe turned 90 in September so it was about time we paid her a visit and gave her her birthday present. :o) I love my family, my friends, the opportunities to grow and become a better me. I enjoyed all this things today. I'm thankful for that. :o)
