I did so good today!I am seriously soo pumped!Here's my day...
*Got up at 6 before school and ran about a mile around my neighborhood
*Only drank water and Diet Coke-(no gum even)
*Had Cheer Practice and decorations from 4-8..tons of cals burned
*then I wanted to work out more so I ran 2 miles and did weights and abs
I'm really excited because I'm down to 105 now. I need to just keep going on this fast and see how much weight I can lose.
