Merry Christmas :)
This post is short and simple, but I just wanted to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and happy holidays!
I got a lot of jewelry this year; as if I didn't already have a friggin' buttload XD;; I really need a jewelry box and like 6 necklace trees, most of my jewelry is piling up in a large shoe box and keeps tangling up ;___; gotta find something to do about that, bleh. The best gift I got this year was something I really needed: cash! X3 times have been a lil tough financially, so whatever I can get really helps. I'm saving up for my first car! Also, I think I'm supposed to file my taxes soon? Since I'm an independant contractor, I get all my paychecks in full but have to keep track of how much I need to pay back in taxes each year. This is my first year trying this, and I believe I can do it quarterly or bi-annually; my worst problem is actually SAVING the funds and not dipping into my savings for other things. Meh. I'll figure it out.
Talking about things that are non-material, I've got to say that the greatest gift I could ask for would be Steve's undying love for me, no joke. He and I have had a lot of ups and downs over the past 2 years but things are better than ever nowadays and I am so grateful to have him in my life. <3 We are common-law married now; that's not saying much but... now we can share benefits and whatnot. Yay!
