Recent discoveries:
-The hardest people to deal with are not the people who oppose me but the people who are apathetic to issues that are important to me.
-The root of virtually all bad things is the fact that people are unable to separate how something affects them from what something actually is and the possible benefits it may have.
Just because you are emotionally hurt by the images of 9/11 does not mean they shouldn't be shown. Every movie ever made about the holocaust, abuse, rape, murder, etc emotionally hurts people. That does not mean we should never talk about those things.
Likewise, just because someone hurts you, it does not mean that his actions are bad and unwarranted.
It's the whole reason/emotion fiasco. Crazy stuff.
