Hi, I'm making the switch over to my space and came across your page in the process of checking out the Moldova05 group one last time. this is Stacy who went to Moldova last year, right? We do not know each other really, but Jennifer VanDyke tells me you are awesome. I just got this message today, feb 19, and I'd like to get together sometime. I didn't go to moldova last year, but you went with Jennifer VanDyke right? and heather and shawn and Karina and the gang...is that right? Anyway, what brought you to portland? thanks for writing me, Staci.

yup - sure do! i just hung out with karina sat. night too. lets see... what brought me to portland. i was really ready for a change from AK and looking for a seminary/bible school to start MA in Counseling degree. ended up going to western seminary based on a fairly quick acceptance, the fact i already had a lot of connections here and i thought the city was pretty neat (and not cold!!) so, fast forward to today. the degree at western was not actually what i need to be a high school counselor, so i stopped going, am just here meeting people and mostly enjoying myself. no job yet, and a plane ticket back to AK for the end of march. i do plan on coming back, though, as i have a summer job lined up. in the meantime... school is on hold! funny how we make plans but God really directs our paths :) i'm pretty open during the week, drop me a line anytime.
