It has been discovered that at the end of last year, melody (27), the Japanese singer born in Hawaii who retired January for this year, married the rock artist 雅-Miyavi- (age not officially announced).
According to authorized sources, the couple got along after being introduced by a mutual friend. There is also a rumour that melody is “currently pregnant”.
melody made her debut in 2003. She is a singer with a transparent voice, who gained support through her popularity, and hit songs such as “realize”. In October of last year, in order to pursue a career as a fashion designer, she announced that she would retire from music.
Osaka-born Miyavi made his debut in 2002.
In 2007 he participated in a unit with X Japan’s YOSHIKI and Gackt."
It was up on Shattered Tranquilty and the sources are: ZAKZAK.co.jp and Sponichi.jp. I'm not sure how credible these sites are so until an official statement is made it's still a "rumour". I don't know if it's real or not but if it is then I wish them well. She certainly is pretty and little miyavi's running around would be a great thing for future generations :3 chu~♥
On one hand I can't see Miyavi settling down, BUT...this would explain why he took out all his piercings and decided to go a different road and leave PSCompany to start an independant label. There's a rumour floating around that an official statement will be made on April 5th, but again, it's just a rumour. We'll see what happens, but this would actually explain alot. I just hope that if it's true he'll retain that same spirit that makes him who he is. I can't see it going away and he seems very happy right now and looking forward to the future in his career so I support him all the way. ^__^
However, if it's true then I'm 100% convinced she's going to be fucking him with a strapon. <333lol.
