Dipping my toe in the water...
Hello! *waves* So after having an LJ account for over two years, I'm finally going to update my journal. I've been through four major fandoms in that time (LotRips, SV, SGA, and SPN), reading more fanfic than is truly healthy.
I'm a bit of a guerrilla commenter; I'll go through periods where I comment on every fic that I enjoy, and then I'll go back to strictly lurking for months. I generally stay away from the larger fandom communities, as I have no patience for their inevitable wank.
Here you will find: fannish squeeing, rambles on whichever subject moves me, occasional pictures of my three cats, and panic attacks of the "going back to college after far too many years" variety. I'll try to keep my job-related rants to a minimum for my own sanity's sake, but they will occur, as I work with far too many twits.
shachick, you'll probably see a side of me you didn't know existed, unless you've taken a gander at some of the communities on my flist. Try not to roll your eyes too much at the silliness.
