A Look Back at 2007
1. What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?
Drove halfway across the country in a Uhaul with my car attached to the back
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
i didn't make any last year, but this year is to just become a better version of me
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
my cousin jenn
4. Did anyone close to you die?
no family, thank the maker. but my friend Ross was killed.
5. What countries did you visit?
none... but i got to see a lot of states i hadn't before
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
more financial security, my degree (if possible), and a monkey
7. What date from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
April 16. Virginia Tech shooting and the death of my friend Ross
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Swallowing my pride and moving back home.
9. What was your biggest failure?
not making the personal adjustments i wanted to
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
got the flu twice... oh... and electrocuted myself my first week at the Sams Photo Lab
11. What was the best thing you bought?
hrm... my faux coach bag (love that thing) and the final Harry Potter book
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
brit... for an awesome transition to Cincinnatti
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Brittany Spears... again.
14. Where did most of your money go?
bills and dvds... and eating out... i need to work on taking my lunch to work
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
moving back home and visiting boston for maggie's wedding... and the new harry potter book/movie

saved money... of course

Ugly Betty, Brothers and Sisters, and Grey's Anatomy... but I SUPPORT THE WRITERS STRIKE!!

HARRY POTTER and the DEATHLY HALLOWS!!

a new jewlery box... and my room redecorated

to move to downtown boston and go to Umass Boston

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
not losing my job at Sears and putting in me serious financial hardship

layers... and i discovered color!! and i don't wear t-shirts as much

pretty much every issue that Right wings and Fundamentalists try to ruin... same-sex unions, universal healthcare, abortion, stem-cell research and the environment

I'm scared as hell to grow up... and i'm not quite ready yet
