Lucybun wrote a great story about John and Sherlock fighting. That reminded me of a 221B I wrote some time ago and never posted. I thought I'd share it with you.

Such a fun story! I loved the reasoning behind John's choice to physically fight Sherlock in order not to verbally confront him. Thanks for including my head canon that risk-taking is one of the reasons they really fight.
I'm quite amazed by your ability to use 221 words to describe a fight so well. I have such a vivid image of what happened, as if I had read 5000 words on the subject. But no, you went straight to the essential, and I am a little in awe. Time to get my anarion flag out again.
Hehe, your Anarion flag is always welcome here. ;)
You know, I am pretty sure that I could never write 5000 words on any subject. But 221? No problem! :)
Can you imagine being in a verbally confrontation with Sherlock? Very frightening! Oh, that reminds me of the dark!Sherlock fight fic I need to write after our last email exchange on fights!
Very clever - I like the subtle way you've implied that Sherlock's anger is born of fear for John, without actually giving all the back story. You definitely have a gift for these, my dear!

I tend to avoid writing the actual fight, but I like looking at what happens after.
Glad you liked it. :)
And of course John is up for more! He is a fighter after all. *hugs John*

I love writing these! :)
Edit: (pressed the button too fast)
I think it is one of a very few reasons for Sherlock to get really angry at John.

I completely agree. Irritation, yes. Real anger... this is it.
